HOW CAN YOU OPERATE A FORMING AND ENCRUSTING MACHINE?
It is important to notice that our machines have an extrusion system that pushes the dough and the filling.
Feed the hopper with dough and the filling. Then, the extrusion system will drive both to the head where dough will be stuffed and cut. The whole process is so quick that it will not take longer than seconds to get a ready snack to be fried, cooked or even baked.
