    • In our showrooms in São Paulo; Bedford (England); and Palm Springs (USA). Just schedule an appointment with our sales team. You can also check in them in the various fairs that we participate all over the world, where we present our line of machines working. Check out our trade show calendar.

  • 2 Where are the machines produced?
    • Bralyx machines are exclusively assembled in our plant in São Paulo, Brazil.

  • 3 Is the sale made only to Legal Entity?
    • No. Bralyx also sells to individuals.

  • 4 Does the machines have warranty?
    • Yes. All Bralyx’ machines carry 1 (one) year warranty. If you are already our customer, please refer to the Warranty Term that comes with your machine or if you do not have it, please ask the Customer Service area

  • 5 My machine is out of order, what should I do?
    • If you have a Bralyx’ machine and need help, please contact the Customer Service area directly at technicalsupport@bralyx.com or our Call Center: 55 11 5072.2099, dial 8 from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm (Brazilian Time).
