An ordinary machine for savories is not able to produce empanadas in the half moon shape for what they are known. Formix has a pneumatic system that allows molding in this format and in various sizes. The customer can even indicate measures to have a unique mold made specifically for his business.
Another differential of Formix is its innovative filling system for large products, which allows working with more granulated (unprocessed) meat and chicken, so there’s no need to mix it to creams. With this system it’s still possible to fill empanadas with whole olives and eggs and vegetables in pieces.
And as industries require productivity, Formix could not fail to meet this requirement. Per hour, it’s able to manufacture about a thousand large products (above 100g) and twice as many small products, depending on the type of dough and filling.
