Comprising a flour tank for product passage (breading), it is ideal for attaching to the EMPANAMIX PLUS FLAT (sold separately), optimizing your production.
The PRE-DUST’s output system is designed for a direct “fit,” ensuring a continuous and efficient flow.
It breads products such as:
- Chicken, fish, and meat fillets and strips
- Burgers
- Nuggets (partially frozen)
- Onion rings
- Seafood (Squid, shrimp, etc.)
- And much more!
For optimal performance, the product to be breaded should be at 0ºC or close to it and should not have any “sharp corners.
