A significant feature is the jacketed pot system, which uses thermal oil to uniformly heat the entire surface of the pot, ensuring homogeneous cooking of the products.

Additionally, the tilting pot system facilitates the removal of the finished product, providing ergonomics and ease of use for the operator.
