Features of the Empanamix Plus Flat:
- Driven by one engine, the conveyors have adjustable speed
- Composed of two containers; one batter unit (for liquid bath) and one breading unit (for the flour)
- The transport system of the product is formed by two conveyors. One is for liquid phase the other is for dry phase
- There is no need to interrupt the operation in order to add flour or batter to the machine
- EXCLUSIVE system that removes excess flour on the products
- Requires only one operator to remove the breaded products and store them in the storage tray
- Fingers in plastic, which ensures that the product is covered by all
- Its output system allows it to enter directly into the fryer or the freezing tunnel
- The temperature of the product being breaded should be close to 0° C (32°F) and the product may not have “exposed corners”.
